Transfers and credit recognition

• Applications to transfer between teaching hubs may be submitted until 10 October 2024.
• To request a transfer, you must fill in this form by the stated deadline.

The degree course council has decided to accept requests for transfer between campuses only for enrolments in the second and third year. The Degree Course reserves the right to establish a ranking if a university receives more applications than places available

Note: applications will not be evaluated in chronological criterion of submission of form; therefore, it is advisable to submit a form after attempting to pass the internship exam.

The Nursing degree programme will accept 10 transfers from other universities in the second year and 10 transfers from other universities in the third year, between all 6 hubs of the degree.

The degree accepts in the second year students with at least 13 credits from the first-year training. Students have to fill the gap the credits debt within the conclusion of the degree.

The degree accepts in the third year students with at least 29 credits from the first-year training. Students have to fill the gap the credits debt within the conclusion of the degree.

If more requests are received than the available places, a ranking will be established based on credits acquired and, in the event of equal merit, it will be granted to the youngest applicant.

The deadline for submitting applications expired on 1 September 2024. The results will be posted on this page.

To complete the procedure, send the following documents to: trasferimenti.inf@uniupo.it :

• Self-declaration of university course progress(with name of teaching, scientific disciplinary sector, CFU, date of passing) or PDF file of the online student record booklet;

• Copy of the program of all subjects passed

For students who will take the internship exam at their university in September, it will be possible to apply conditionally.

For increased efficiency in exam management, the Degree Course in Nursing has resolved to examine accreditation requests submitted by students within the following deadline: November 15, 2024. After this date, it will not be possible to submit an application referring to modules or courses of the current year.

The Nursing decree council has resolved not to recognise foreign qualifications for the academic year 2024 - 2025.
