Ordinary session - a.y. 2021/2022

The final exam of the Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science – a.y. 2021/2022 — ordinary session— will be held on 27 and 28 October 2022.

 

Useful information for the final exam

 

In accordance with the Guidelines for university activity, the graduation session will take place in person.

Any changes due to the health crisis will be published on this page nearer the exam date.

  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESS TO PREMISES FOR THE GRADUATION SESSION

Each graduate student will have at their disposal, in addition to their own seat, a number of seats for accompanying persons. Access to the session room is allowed only upon presentation of the QR code obtained by booking seats as described in the User Guidelines (see attachments. It is necessary to make a reservation for the candidate and for each companion) and through the  UPOPlanner public portal.

CONDUCT DURING THE GRADUATION SESSION

  • After the discussion of the thesis, the candidate must take his/her seat and wait for the other candidates to finish.
  • After the discussion of the theses of all candidates, the Commission leaves the classroom and meets in another room for evaluation.
  • It is preferable not to stop and congregate in the corridors, at the vending machines or near the classroom.
  • The use of masks indoors, including workplaces, such as offices and laboratories, is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. It is mandatory to use masks (surgical or FFP2) when in the classroom, libraries, study rooms. The exceptions to the use of personal respiratory protection devices provided for by current legislation for exempted individuals are reserved. It is mandatory to wear the FFP2 mask in shows, events and public gatherings (including graduation ceremonies), which take place indoors irrespective of rules on access and social distancing.

 

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION TO GRADUATE

The method of sending the documents takes place through the new  Esse3 procedure, as indicated in the guide published here: Operational guide.

Esse3 only shows the date of the first day of the session; at a later date students will be spread over more days if necessary.

The procedure requires the uploading of the following documents by the deadlines indicated:

 

N.B.: Uploaded files must be titled as SURNAME_NAME_type of file (e.g. PALLINO_PINCO_THESIS or PALLINO_PINCO_ALMALAUREA)

The internship and additional educational requirement transcript booklets must be delivered to the course coordinator who will pass them on to the Student Admin Office.
